Jeri Anne Agee is Director of Operations at Adams Wealth Partners and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. She joined the firm in January 2018 as a Relationship Manager and was promoted in 2023 after leading initiatives that elevated operations and the client experience. With more than three decades in financial services, Jeri Anne specializes in building scalable processes and delivering high-touch service—from onboarding and account management to training, talent development, and complex client resolution.
In 2023, she helped launch Women & Wealth, a firmwide initiative dedicated to educating and empowering women to make confident financial decisions through workshops, resources, and community events. Her leadership earned recognition as a 2025 Women in Business Honoree by Nashville Lifestyles.
Outside of the office she supports the Nashville Rescue Mission, an organization for people experiencing homelessness in Nashville. She is also a supporter of the Williamson County Animal Center.
Jeri Anne is also a children’s book author and has had 3 children’s chapter books published. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, she graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in communications. In her spare time, she loves to read, shop, travel, and spend time with her husband, 3 children, 3 cats and 1 spoiled dog.

The 2024 Forbes ranking of America’s Top Wealth Management Teams Best-In-State, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. This ranking is based upon the period from 3/31/2022 to 3/31/2023 and was released on 01/09/2024. Advisor teams that are considered must have one advisor with a minimum of seven years of experience, have been in existence as a team for at least one year, have at least 5 team members, and have been nominated by their firm. The algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Out of approximately 10,100 team nominations, 4,100 advisor teams received the award based on thresholds.
